Financial Technology and Business Environment Optimization:Effect and Mechanism

“双循环”经济新发展格局背景下营商环境优化具有新的内涵。本文基于“双循环”新发展格局阐述了优化营商环境的必要性,通过模型实证检验了金融科技对营商环境的影响及实现机制。研究发现:金融科技发展对营商环境的优化具有显著的正向促进作用,且间接促进效应更显著;路径机制分析表明,金融科技发展存在以地区金融发展水平和经济运行效率提升为传导机制的营商环境优化路径;在考虑区域经济发展异质性和更换解释变量后,研究结论依然稳健,且结论表明这一促进作用呈现出由东至西逐渐衰减的趋势。基于研究结论,本文提出完善金融科技相关制度、加强金融科技配套基础设施建设、完善财政补贴政策等建议。

Under the background of the new development pattern of dual circulation economy,the optimization of business environment has a new connotation.Based on the new pattern of dual circulation development,this paper expounds the necessity of optimizing the business environment,and empirically tests the impact of financial technology on the business environment and its realization mechanism through the model.The study shows that the development of financial technology has a significant positive promotion effect on the optimization of the business environment,and there is a more significant indirect promotion effect;the analysis of the path mechanism shows that the financial technology development has two paths to optimize the business environment,and the specific transmission mechanism is to improve the level of regional financial development and improve the efficiency of economic operation;after considering the heterogeneity of regional economic development and replacing the explanatory variables,the research conclusions remain stable,and this promotion shows a gradual decline from east to west.Based on the research conclusions,suggestions are made to improve financial technology-related systems,strengthen supporting infrastructure construction,and improve fiscal subsidy policies.
