摘要
从历史维度、实践维度、价值维度等方面,阐释了建设创新型国家中国道路的历史过程现实成就、伟大意义;分析了建设创新型国家中国道路的历史基础、现实依据价值旨归;提出了进一步研究创新与相关政策体系的效果关系、协调整合创新型国家的体制机制系统的对策建议。
