Effect of Different Extraction Solvents on Phenolics Profile,Antioxidant Activity and Antibacterial Activity of Noni(Morinda Citrifolia L.)Seed Extracts

摘要 研究不同提取溶剂对诺丽籽提取物中植物化合物的含量、组成及抗氧化能力、抑菌活性的影响。结果表明:60%丙酮提取液中多酚含量最高达18.76 mg GAE/g DW,60%甲醇提取液中总黄酮含量最高,为10.68 mg RE/g DW;60%丙酮提取液具有较好的抗氧化能力(DPPH=99.09μmol TE/g DW,ABTS=69.01μmol TE/g DW,FRAP=238.01μmol/L Fe(Ⅱ)/g DW);以80%乙醇溶液为溶剂得到的诺丽籽提取液具有最强的抑菌活性。皮尔逊相关系数分析证实体积分数、溶剂种类对诺丽籽植物化学成分、抗氧化活性、抑菌活性有显著影响。植物化学成分分析表明,对羟基苯甲酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、山奈酚-3-O-葡萄糖苷和水杨酸是提高抗氧化活性的主要成分。该结果为有效提取诺丽籽中的酚类物质提供了宝贵的信息,为诺丽加工副产物诺丽籽的开发应用提供理论依据和技术参考。 This study investigated the profile of phytochemicals,antioxidant capacity and antibacterial activity of NFSs(noni fruit seeds)extracts obtained using different extraction solvents.The results showed that the 60%acetone extract was characterized by a high content of polyphenols(18.76 mg GAE/g DW).The content of total flavonoids in 60%methanol extract was the highest(10.68 mg RE/g DW).The 60%acetone extract had best antioxidant capacity(DPPH=99.09μmol TE/g DW,ABTS=69.01μmol TE/g DW,FRAP=238.01μmol/L Fe(Ⅱ)/g DW),and the 80%ethanol extract had the strongest antibacterial activity.The results of Pearson correlation coefficient analysis confirmed that the extraction solvents(solvent type and water volume fraction of solvent)significantly affect the phytochemical constituents and biological activities of the NFSs extracts.The phytochemicals profile showed that the 4-hydroxybenzoic acid,caffeic,quercetin,kaempferol-3-O-glucoside and salicylic acid are the compounds that most contribute to the elevated antioxidant activity.The results clearly provided valuable information for effective extraction for the phenolic constituents from NFSs,and could supply a theoretical basis and technical reference for the application of noni seed,which is the major underutilised by-product in the noni-processing industry.
