摘要
目的:建立微波辅助萃取,高效液相色谱-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定柳州螺蛳粉原料螺蛳中3种汞形态的分析方法。方法:样品采用5 mol/L盐酸溶液进行微波萃取,高效液相色谱进行分离,电感耦合等离子体质谱进行测定,并进行方法学考察。结果:3种汞形态在0.5~50 ng/mL呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.9992、0.9996、0.9999,检出限分别为0.002、0.002、0.003 mg/kg,精密度RSD为1.6%~3.9%,回收率为83.59%~94.62%。结论:文章中建立的方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高,适用于柳州螺蛳粉原料螺蛳中3种汞形态的测定。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 3 forms of mercury species in raw material snail of Liuzhou river snails rice noodle by MAE-HPLC-ICP-MS.Method:The samples were treated by microwave extraction with 5 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,separated by high performance liquid chromatography and detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,methodologies were investigated.Result:3 forms of mercury species had a good linear relationships in the range of 0.5~50 ng/mL concentration,the correlation coefficients were 0.9992,0.9996,0.9999,the limit of detections were 0.002,0.002,0.003 mg/kg,precision RSD were 1.6%~3.9%,and the recovery rates were 83.59%~94.62%.Conclusion:The method was accurate,reliable and sensitive,suitable for the quantitative determination of 3 forms of mercury species in raw material snail of Liuzhou river snails rice noodle.
