摘要
通过高应变检测技术的基本原理和误差来源分析,提出采用测力桩垫法来提高高应变检测可靠性的技术方案,并探讨其技术原理。采用弹性模量可控的弹性材料,定制成稳定的弹性体桩垫,并在桩垫上加装应力与加速度传感器,可准确测量锤击力的大小;测力桩垫通过控制整体刚度的方式达到控制锤击力脉宽,从而达到降低桩土负摩阻力,提高桩土阻力激发的目的。
Through the analysis of the basic principle and error source of high strain detection technology,this paper puts forward a technical scheme to improve the reliability of high strain detection by using force measuring pile pad method,and discusses its technical principle.The elastic material with controllable elastic modulus is used to customize a stable elastic pile pad,and the stress and acceleration sensors are installed on the pile pad to accurately measure the hammering force;the pulse width of hammering force is controlled by controlling the overall stiffness of the pile pad,so as to reduce the negative friction of pile-soil and improve the excitation of pile-soil resistance.
