轻钢轻质墙板装配式建筑结构形式在未来农村农房升级中具有巨大的发展潜力。在示范项目上应用了轻钢结构与轻质墙板结构形式,并采用了反射隔热涂料-保温胶泥外墙保温系统来改善围护结构的性能。根据项目应用及现场测试,表明轻钢结构+轻质墙板具有工期短等特点,可作为装配式农房的一种有效形式,采用额外的外保温系统可以有效避免形成热桥,保证了建筑节能的效果。

The prefabricated building structure form of light steel wall hanging panels has huge development potential in the future rural house upgrade.In the demonstration project,the steel structure and the light wall panel structure were applied,and the reflective insulation coating-insulation cement external wall insulation system was used to improve the performance of the enclosure structure.According to demonstration applications and field tests,light steel wall panels have the characteristics of short construction period,etc.,and can be used as an effective form of prefabricated rural houses.The use of additional external insulation systems can effectively reduce thermal bridges.
