扇形绕组盘式力矩电机设计

摘要 为了提升盘式力矩电机转矩,提出采用PCB定子扇形绕组结构,对定子中扇形绕组的覆铜厚度、覆铜宽度、导体之间的最小距离等参数进行设计,对比普通轴向充磁与Halbach排布时气隙磁密的正弦性,确定永磁体转子的排布方式。根据计算所得的参数对电机进行建模,并使用Maxwell有限元分析仿真软件进行仿真分析,对比定子绕组形状为圆形绕组、梯形绕组、扇形绕组时电机的负载转矩大小。搭建实验平台,完成样机实验,仿真和实测结果表明扇形绕组定子结构的转矩优于其他结构形式。 In order to improve the disk torque motor,PCB stator sector winding structure is proposed to design the parameters such as copper cover thickness,copper cover width,minimum distance between conductors,etc.By comparing the sinusoidal air-gap flux density of ordinary axial magnetization and Halbach’s arrangement,the arrangement mode of permanent magnet rotor is determined.The motor is modeled according to the calculated parameters,and Maxwell finite element analysis simulation software is used for simulation analysis to compare the load torque of the motor when the stator windings were round,trapezoidal and sector windings.The results of simulation and measurement show that the torque of fan-winding stator structure is better than that of other structures.
