杭州跨境电子商务知识产权保护问题探析

跨境电子商务已经成为带动整个外贸出口产业的重要力量,为外贸出口提供了崭新的市场。但是,跨境电子商务知识产权的保护问题越来越突出。相比于传统贸易的知识产权保护,跨境电子商务知识产权保护更容易被忽视。跨境电子商务知识产权的保护对跨境电子商务行业的发展起着举足轻重的作用。杭州作为中国首个跨境电子商务综合试验区,跨境电子商务的发展非常迅速,通过对其知识产权维护的表现方式进行分析,对其知识产权保护中遇到的困境和面临的问题进行研究,提出相应的解决对策,以期对杭州跨境电子商务知识产权保护提供帮助。

Cross-Border Electroic Commerce has become an important force driving the entire foreign trade export industry,it provides a brand-new market for foreign trade export.However,the protection of Cross-Border Electroic Commerce intelle-ctual property rights is becoming more and more prominent.Compared with the intellectual property rights of the traditional trade protection,cross-border e-commerce intellectual property rights protection is more easily ignored.The protection of Cross-Border Electroic Commerce intellectual property plays a decisive role in the development of cross-border e-commerce industry.The speed of Cross-Border Electroic Commerce development in Hangzhou is very fast,this paper studies the difficulties and problems in the intellectual property protection of Hangzhou Cross-Border Electroic Commerce,by the analysis of the manifestation of intellectual property infringement of Hangzhou cross-border E-commerce,and put forward the corresponding solution countermeasure,in order to help Hangzhou Cross-Border Electroic Commerce intellectual property protection.
