一场限电风潮席卷南北。8月底以来,从华东到华南、再到西南地区,多个省区开启拉闸限电,水泥、钢材、有色等高耗能、高排放行业和企业相继减产、限产甚至是停产,东北地区更是波及了民用领域。“这是能源革命过程中必然会出现的现象,也是电力系统对双碳目标的反应。”在安徽中科海奥电气股份有限公司董事长陈滋健看来,不管是能耗双控的压力,还是电煤供应的紧缺,一场关乎清洁绿色的能源革命势在必行。
