摘要
本文通过分析电抗器因制造工艺导致少匝和极限工艺偏差时600Hz损耗,提出高频损耗可作为电抗器制造缺陷的检测手段及其适用范围,并以600Hz的实测损耗与理论损耗之比是否超过1.5作为判据,以同组任两台损耗之比是否超过1.5作为辅助判据,同时列举应用实例。
Through the analysis of 600Hz loss of reactor with few turns and limit process deviation,It is suggested that the high frequency loss can be used as the detection method and application scope of reactor manufacturing defects.It is suggested that the ratio of measured loss to theoretical loss of 600 Hz is more than 1.5,and whether the ratio of loss of any two sets in the same group is more than 1.5 as the auxiliary criteri-on.At the same time,application examples are listed.
