In this article,the author discusses the problem of gas production in the temperature rise test of the converter transformer.The experimental analysis method of strap failure and the calculation method of strap tightening torque of the commonly used converter transformer core clamping structure are proposed.The improvement measures of the converter transformer core structure design are proposed.
