江苏省农民收入结构及增收问题研究

Research on Farmers'Income Structure and Increasing Income in Jiangsu Province

以2000-2019年江苏省农民收入为研究对象,从农民人均工资性收入、经营净收入、财产净收入和转移净收入四个方面对江苏省农民收入结构变化与总收入变动趋势的关系进行分析,发现农民工资性收入和经营净收入的增长出现颓势,财产净收入较为稳定,而转移净收入逐渐成为收入增长的最大动力源。同时,发现存在农业效益较低、非农收入动力不足和政府政策补贴收益低的问题。

Taking the income of farmers in Jiangsu Province from 2000 to 2019 as the research object,this paper analyzed the relationship between the changes in the income structure of farmers in Jiangsu Province and the trend of changes in total income from the four aspects of farmers’per capita wage income,net oper⁃ating income,net property income and net transfer income.It found that the growth of farmers’wage in⁃come and net operating income was declining,net property income was relatively stable,and net transfer income had gradually become the largest source of income growth.Investigating the reasons,it found that there were problems of low agricultural efficiency,insufficient non-agricultural income motivation and low government policy subsidies.
