森林康养基地指标体系评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Index System of Forest Rehabilitation Base

根据不同构建主体将森林康养基地指标体系归纳为政策型和学术型两类,在可视化分析后,阐述了两类体系的构建现状并进行分析:政策型为中日、三省一市的指标分析;学术型为三位学者所构建的指标分析。发现两类指标都侧重对林业资源和设施方面的评判,而忽视旅游体验感,即服务质量、专业人员和游客满意度三个维度。最后从指标体系的统一化、规范化、在地化、数字化四个方面进行展望,以期为相关部门经营管理提供参考,保证森林康养的可持续发展。

According to different construction subjects,this paper classified the index system of forest health care bases into two types:policy type and academic type.After visual analysis,the status of the con⁃struction of the two types of systems was explained and analyzed:the policy type was China,Japan,three provinces and one city.Index analysis;academic type was an index analysis constructed by three scholars.It found that both types of indicators focused on the evaluation of forestry resources and facilities,while ig⁃noring the sense of tourism experience,that was the three dimensions of service quality,professional staff and tourist satisfaction.Finally,it look forward to the four aspects of unification,standardization,localiza⁃tion and digitization of the index system,in order to provide reference for the management of relevant de⁃partments and ensure the sustainable development of forest health.
