摘要
为提高中间包寿命,提高金属收得率,保证生产稳定性,通过改进塞棒、稳流器、中间包工作层、浸入式水口以及上水口和座砖等,将单个中间包寿命由24 h提高到60.6 h,为高效连铸创造了条件。
To improve the tundish life and metal yield,and ensure the production stability,the stopper,the current stabilizer,the tundish working layer,the submerged entry nozzle,the upper nozzle and the pocket brick were improved.The service life of a single tundish was prolonged from 24 h to 60.6 h,creating conditions for efficient continuous casting.
