面向企业级微能源网的供能模式研究

摘要 以多能互补、能源互联网等新能源业态的园区型微电网已趋于成熟,企业微能源网的运营模式、商业模式、技术尚未成熟。立足我国新一轮电力体制改革背景,提出企业级"源-网-荷-储"终端一体化供能模式,建立以电为核心支撑,可再生能源为补充,储能为调节手段,能量管理平台为调度工具,平衡一次能源、可再生能源、市电与自发电,提出终端一体化微能源网运营模式。介绍了构建企业微能源网的方法论、目标函数、约束条件、优化方法。以江苏省常州市某光伏企业为例,阐述了企业微能源网的规划流程及经济预测方法。效益分析和敏感性分析表明:该项目经济效益较好,回收期较短;有利于保障企业重点负荷不受断电影响,同时减低用电、用热、用冷成本;主要敏感性因子为天然气价格与电价。该项目的建设有利于检验微能源网在企业的供能应用的优劣,并且能够验证企业级微能源的可行性,积累运行数据。 Park-type micro-grid with new energy formats such as multi-energy complementation and energy Internet has become mature,while the operation model,business model and technologies of enterprise-level microenergy network are not yet mature.Based on a new round of power system reform in China,an enterprise-level generation-grid-load-storage terminal integrated energy supply model was put forward,a system with electricity as the core support,renewable energy as the supplement,energy storage as the regulation means and energy management platform as the scheduling tool was established,the primary energy,renewable energy,electric power and self-generation were balanced,and a terminal integrated operation model of micro energy network was proposed.This paper introduces the methodology,objective function,constraints and optimization methods for constructing enterprise-level micro energy network.Taking a photovoltaic enterprise in Changzhou City of Jiangsu Province as an example,the planning process and economic forecasting method of enterprise-level micro energy network are discussed.Benefit analysis and sensitivity analysis show that the project has good economic benefit and short payback period,it helps to protect the key load of the enterprise from power outage and reduce the costs of electricity,heat and cooling,and the main sensitivity factors are natural gas price and electricity price.The construction of this project helps to test the advantages and disadvantages of microenergy network in the energy supply of enterprises,and can verify the feasibility of enterprise-level micro energy and accumulate operation data.
