前列地尔联合红花黄色素治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床分析

Clinical analysis of alprostadil combined with safflower yellower in the treatment of diabetes lower-extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans

目的探讨前列地尔联合红花黄色素治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(DLASO)对患者下肢动脉血流量的影响。方法68例DLASO患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组给予红花黄色素治疗,试验组给予前列地尔联合红花黄色素治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后的双下肢动脉血流量。结果试验组总有效率为85.29%(29/34),高于对照组的58.82%(20/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胫前动脉、胫后动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的血流量均较治疗前增大,且试验组胫前动脉、胫后动脉、腘动脉、足背动脉的血流量分别为(48.59±6.93)、(49.63±5.96)、(97.25±11.63)、(29.31±6.39)ml/min,大于对照组的(43.21±5.86)、(44.63±7.23)、(84.17±10.53)、(23.41±5.69)ml/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合红花黄色素治疗DLASO的临床效果显著,可以明显改善患者双下肢动脉血流量。

Objective To discuss the effect of alprostadil combined with safflower yellower in the treatment of diabetes lower-extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(DLASO).Methods A total of 68 patients with DLASO were divided into control group and experimental group by random numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with safflower yellower,and the experimental group was treated with alprostadil and safflower yellower.The clinical efficacy and arterial blood flow of both lower extremities before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.29%(29/34),which was higher than 58.82%(20/34)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow of the anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery,popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery of the two groups increased compared with those of this group before treatment,and the blood flow of the anterior tibial artery,posterior tibial artery,popliteal artery and dorsalis pedis artery of the experimental group were(48.59±6.93),(49.63±5.96),(97.25±11.63),(29.31±6.39)ml/min,which were greater than(43.21±5.86),(44.63±7.23),(84.17±10.53),(23.41±5.69)ml/min of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil in combination with safflower yellower has significant clinical effect on the treatment of DLASO,and it can obviously improve the blood flow of both lower extremities.
