摘要
文章利用拉曼光谱分析技术以飞机上常见的待喷涂表面材料2024和7075铝合金为试验材料,对其进行化学氧化和铬酸阳极化处理。利用拉曼光谱分析技术对2024和7075铝合金化学转化膜、铬酸阳极化膜表面状态表征。飞机待喷涂表面痕量残留污染物主要来源于甘油三酯和氢氧化铁。在2024和7075铝合金化学转化膜和铬酸阳极化膜表面设置不同种类和不同量的甘油三酯和氢氧化铁残留,对其进行表面增强拉曼光谱检测。建立了痕量残留污染物标准图谱库,为实际检测飞机待喷涂表面痕量残留污染物的种类提供参考。
In this paper,2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys are common surface materials to be sprayed on aircraft and treated by chemical oxidation and chromate anodization by Raman spectroscopy.The surface states of chemical conversion films and chromic acid anodized films of 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys were characterized by Raman spectroscopy.The trace pollutants on the surface of aircraft to be sprayed mainly come from triglycerides and iron hydroxide.Different kinds and amounts of triglycerides and iron hydroxide residues were placed on the surfaces of chemical conversion films and chromic acid anodized films of 2024 and 7075 aluminum alloys,and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy was used to detect them.The standard spectrum database of trace residual pollutants is established to provide reference for the actual detection of the types of trace residual pollutants on the surface of aircraft to be sprayed.
