不同发育时期艾叶手工出绒率研究

摘要 以市场上相同生长环境和相同品种的艾植株为研究对象,分别取植株上不同发育时期的叶片对其进行阴干处理,采用手工方法刮取叶下表皮的艾绒,计算不同发育时期艾叶片手工出绒率.结果显示:生长初期、生长中期和生长末期叶片的颜色、质地、毛的微观形态结构都有所不同,三个时期的出绒率分别为18.48%、11.96%和13.20%,整个植株平均出绒率为8.54%,不同发育时期叶片质量差异较大,但叶片干湿重的比率基本稳定在0.334左右,叶片总质量和植株总质量的比率也稳定在0.525左右,估算了每亩艾绒总产量为9.04 kg,初步分析了实验室制绒和工业制绒的差异,对工业制绒提出了初步的改进意见,讨论了艾绒毛的类型特征和发育过程,分析了手工出绒率和实际出绒率的差异. Artemisia argyi plants in the same growth environment and the same varieties from the market are selected,the leaves of different development periods on the same plant are dried in the shade.After being completely dried in the shade,the hair of leaves in different development periods are scraped by hand,and the manual moxa yield rate in different development periods is obtained.The results show:the leaves of the early stage,the middle stage and the late stage have differences in color,texture and microstructure of hair,and with 18.48%,13.98%,13.20%moxa yield rate from the leaves respectively;yet the moxa yield rate from the whole plant is 8.54%;and the quality of leaves in different development stages is different,but the ratio of dry weight to wet weight of leaves is about 0.334 and the ratio of total leaf quality to total plant quality is also stable at about 0.525.According to the number of plants per mu,the total yield of moxa per mu is estimated to be 9.04 kg.The differences between laboratory and industrial-making are compared and some suggestions for improving the quality of industrial-making products are also put forward.The type characteristics and primary development process of hairs are discussed,and the difference between manual and actual moxa yield rate is analyzed.It is considered that scientific and reasonable classification of moxa yield rate is of great significance for the standardization of moxa production and market operation.
