运动价值表达与全民健身服务供需矛盾——基于“马拉松热”的思考

Contradiction between sports value expression and national fitness service supply and demand--Reflections on the“hot phenomenon of marathon”

从马拉松赛事的价值内涵出发,以价值表达为框架,对全民健身公共服务的核心问题进行分析.通过案例分析、逻辑演绎等方法,揭示马拉松赛事下的文化和经济内涵.主要体现在人本价值、社会价值、经济价值、融合价值等方面,提出了公共服务发展的问题主要集中在基础设施保障失衡、社会服务框架低效、赛事配套服务滞后、赛事文化理念缺乏等问题,最后通过社会主义本质价值维度转化,对进一步推动人民参与体育的积极性,扩展公共体育规模,服务城乡经济建设,深化全民健身的公共服务体系结构;从人本、经济、社会评价机制下的“体育价值”视角,科学合理推动我国全民健身公共服务体系建设.

Starting from the value connotation of marathon events and taking the value expression as the framework,this paper analyzes the core problems of national fitness public service fitness.Through case analysis,logical deduction and other methods,the cultural and economic connotation of marathon is revealed,which is mainly reflected in humanistic value,social value,economic value and integration value.Therefore,this paper puts forward that the problems of public service development mainly focus on the following aspects:imbalance of infrastructure guarantee,low efficiency of social service framework,lag of supporting services for events,lack of cultural concepts of events and so on.Finally through the socialist essential value dimension transformation,the suggestion,to promote national fitness public service system construction in our country scientificly and reasonablly,is proposed to further promote the enthusiasm of the people involved in sports,expand the scale of public sports service of urban and rural economic construction,deepen the public service system structure of the national fitness,from the perspective of“sports value”under humanistic,economic and social evaluation mechanism.
