中央苏区时期中国共产党的经济动员浅探

On the Economic Mobilization of the Communist Party of China During the Central Soviet Area Period(1931-1934)

研究中央苏区的经济动员是理解中国共产党何以支撑数年反“围剿”战争的关键,也是深化当下中央苏区研究的重要视角。国民党频繁的军事围剿和严密的经济封锁,导致中央革命根据地的民主政权面临严峻形势。为保障前线有充裕物资供给,夺取反“围剿”战争胜利,巩固苏维埃革命政权,中国共产党领导人审时度势,在中央苏区大力发展国民经济、实施财政动员并开展金融建设,使国民经济由平时状态成功转入战时状态,为赢得反“围剿”战争的胜利奠定了经济基础。

Studying the economic mobilization of the Central Soviet Area is not only the key to understand how the Commu⁃nist Party of China supports the war against"encirclement and suppression"for several years,but also an important perspective to deepen the current research of the Central Soviet Area.The Kuomintang's frequent military encirclement and suppression and tight economic blockade led to the most severe situation for the democratic regime in the central revolutionary base area.In order to ensure sufficient material supply on the front line,win the victory of the war against"encirclement and suppression"and con⁃solidate the Soviet revolutionary regime,the leaders of the Communist Party of China judged the situation and vigorously devel⁃oped the national economy,implemented financial mobilization and carried out financial construction in the Central Soviet Area,so as to successfully transform the national economy from peacetime to wartime,so as to win the war against"encirclement and suppression",which laid the economic foundation for the victory of the war.
