摘要 分析了氧化亚氮(N_(2)O)在空分装置中对主冷凝器安全操作的影响以及产生爆炸的机理;介绍了空分装置通过增加设备或吸附剂来处理空气中过量的N_(2)O的方法;对比了不同分子筛对N_(2)O的吸附能力,并针对大型空分设备提出了增加N_(2)O专用吸附剂来避免危险发生的建议。 The influence of nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)on the safe operation of the main condenser in the air separation unit and the mechanism of explosion caused by nitrous oxide were analyzed.The methods of treating excessive N_(2)O in air by adding equipment or adsorbent in the air separation unit were introduced.The adsorption capacities of different molecular sieves for N_(2)O were compared,and the suggestion of adding special adsorbent for N_(2)O for large air separation unit was put forward to avoid the danger.
