摘要
发酵液ABFII是采用生物转化技术制备的富含营养生长素和抑菌成分的产品,无任何添加,工艺绿色,无污染零排放,提示可以作为一种潜在的生物液体菌肥深入研究。文章对不同菌株发酵的金枪鱼加工副产物的发酵液(aquatic by-products fermentation,ABFII)进行了抗菌活性的评价。结果表明,利用施氏假单胞菌、类芽孢杆菌、黑曲霉、季也蒙假丝酵母和枯草芽孢杆菌发酵金枪鱼副产物制备的产品(ABFII)能有效抑制瓜链格孢菌和拟盘多毛孢的增殖,其抗菌活性在酸性条件和低于75℃温度下非常稳定,其它2种发酵液对实验菌株并无抗菌活性。同时ABFII具有促进植物生长的作用,ABFII组最大和最小的叶片的长度和直径都比空白对照组大0.5~2 cm。
Fermentation broth ABFII is a kind of nutrient-rich and bacteriostatic product prepared by biotransformation technology which has no addition,green technology and no pollution.It is suggested that ABFII can be used as a potential biological liquid bacterial fertilizer.In this paper,the antimicrobial activities of the fermentation broth of tuna processing by-products fermented(ABFII)by different strains were evaluated.The results showed that the product(ABFII)produced by the fermentation of tuna offal by Pseudomonas stutzeri,Paenibacillus sp,Aspergillus niger,Candida guilliemondii and Bacillus subtilis separated could effectively inhibit the proliferation of Alternaria cucurbitae and Pestalotiopsis sp.The antibacterial activity of ABFII was very stable at acidic pH and temperature below 75℃,while the other two fermentation broth had no antibacterial activity against the experimental strains.At the same time,ABFII could promote the growth of plants,the length and diameter of the largest and smallest leaves in the ABFII group were 0.5-2 cm larger than those in the blank control group.
