摘要
针对气幕式围油栏技术无法根据围油效果进行自动调节控制参数的不足,提出以气幕围油距离作为围油效果的标准,开发了一套运用模糊PID的气幕围油栏系统。该系统以围油距离与期望值偏差以及偏差率的动态特征为输入参数,以控制参数为输出参数。设计优化隶属函数与模糊控制规则,搭建仿真模型,通过阶跃信号的激励,得到PID与模糊PID控制的响应对比曲线,最后进行了水池中的模型试验。结果表明,模糊PID控制响应能更早达到稳定期,后期围油效果稳定,证明了此控制策略具有稳定性强、超调量小等特点。最后,进行水池中的试验,可知基于此算法的气幕围油栏能顺利完成溢油围控的工作。
Aiming at the problem that the air curtain oil containment boom technology can′t automatically adjust the control parameters according to the oil containment effect,the air curtain oil containment distance was proposed as the standard for the oil containment effect and a set of air curtain oil containment boom system based on fuzzy PID was developed.The system took the dynamic characteristics of the deviation between the oil containment distance and the expected value and the deviation rate as the input parameters,and the control parameters as the output parameters.The membership function and fuzzy control rules were designed and optimized,the simulation model was built,and the response comparison curve of PID and fuzzy PID control was obtained through the excitation of step signal.Finally,the model test in the pool was carried out.The results showed that the response of fuzzy PID control can reach the stable period earlier,and the effect of oil containment was stable in the later stage,which proved that the control strategy had the characteristics of strong stability and small overshoot.and the air curtain oil containment boom based on this algorithm can successfully complete the work of oil spill containment work.
