摘要
随着城市化进展的加快,作为一项大型地下工程项目,地铁建设项目存在许多不确定性风险因素,地铁施工面临的安全风险也日益严峻,文章明确进行风险管理的重要性,基于地铁建设项目的案例,运用专家调查法和层次分析法进行风险因素识别、风险分析和评估,最终进行风险应对,以期对未来出现类似的案例提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization,as a large underground engineering project,subway construction project has many uncertain risk factors,and the safety risk faced by subway construction is becoming more and more serious.This paper defines the importance of risk management.Based on the case of subway construction project,this paper uses expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process to identify,analyze and evaluate risk factors,Finally,risk response is carried out in order to provide reference for similar cases in the future.
