摘要
输变电工程项目风险管理具有系统性强、受不确定影响因素大、因果链复杂等特点[1]。本文从输变电工程项目投标阶段、实施阶段、结算阶段三个方面详细阐述了总承包模式下输变电工程的风险因素,并结合大量建设实例,解析输变电工程风险防控措施,对输变电工程建设具有一定参考意义。
The risk management of power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of strong systematization,great uncertainty and complex causal chain.Combined with a large number of construction examples,this paper elaborates the risk factors and the way to prevent this risk factors of power transmission and transformation project based on the general contracting mode from three aspects:bidding period,implementation period and whole process period.It has certain reference significance to the construction of power transmission and transformation project.
