Analysis of Risk Factors and Risk Management in the Bidding Stage of Engineering Projects

目前我国的国民经济正处在飞速发展当中,市场经济对于各行各业的需求和要求也较从前有了大幅提高,对于建筑工程项目来说,如何有效地规避招投标阶段的风险就成为了提高建筑工程项目质量的一个重要环节。本文以XX项目环岛路拓宽及门岗改造工程为例,深入分析了在招投标阶段可能面临的风险与应对措施,从实际情况的角度出发,提出一些切实可行的合理化建议,力争降低工程项目招投标阶段的风险。

At present,China's national economy is in the rapid development of the market economy for all walks of life demand and requirements have been significantly improved than before,for construction engineering projects,how to effectively avoid the risk of bidding stage has become an important link to improve the quality of construction engineering projects.In this paper,XX project roundabout road widening and gate post reconstruction project as an example,in-depth analysis of the risks and countermeasures in the bidding stage may face,from the point of view of the actual situation,put forward some feasible rationalization suggestions,and strive to reduce the risk in the bidding stage of engineering projects.
