摘要
白鹤滩水电站大坝施工共用7台缆机,但因缆机电气室降温系统规划布置不完善,易造成缆机电气室内温度高而导致电器模块、机构故障,影响缆机运行,为优化缆机电气室降温系统,通过对缆机电气室及ABB柜顶部增设散热装置,外墙增加隔热反光板,空调外机移位,并采用智能降温系统控制等方法,使缆机电气室内高温得到解决,降低因温度过高造成电器元件故障,保证缆机安全、平稳运作,节省设备维修成本,可为同类工程提供参考。
The dam construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station shared 7 cable cranes.However,due to the imperfect planning and layout of the cooling system of the cable crane electrical room,it is easy to cause the high temperature in the electrical room of the cable crane and lead to electrical module and mechanism failures,affecting the operation of the cable crane,for optimization The cable machine electrical room cooling system,by adding a heat sink to the cable machine electrical room and the top of the ABB cabinet,adding heat-insulating reflectors to the outer wall,shifting the outside of the air conditioner,and adopting methods such as intelligent cooling system control to make the cable machine electrical room high temperature It is solved,reducing electrical component failures caused by excessive temperature,ensuring safe and stable operation of the cable machine,saving equipment maintenance costs,and providing a reference for similar projects.
