急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中无复流现象及血栓抽吸技术的应用

No Reflow Phenomenon and Thrombus Aspiration in Percutaneous Coronary Intervention for Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究分析急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中无复流现象及血栓抽吸技术的应用效果和价值。方法将我院于2019年4月至2021年3月收治的72例急性心肌梗死患者纳入本次研究,再按照随机数字表法将其均分为两组,并对其展开不同治疗技术的分组探讨。两组患者均行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗,对照组(36例)采用常规介入技术治疗,观察组(36例)在对照组的治疗基础上联合血栓抽吸技术治疗,对比两种不同治疗技术的应用价值和对应患者的治疗效果。结果①在无复流现象对比中,观察组的TIMI3级血流发生率为94.4%,高于对照组的72.2%;②在并发症发生情况对比中,观察组治疗后的并发症率为11.1%,明显低于对照组的33.3%;③观察组术后24 h和1个月,其LVEF值改善效果更为显著。结论在急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中运用血栓抽吸技术可以有效降低无复流现象发生概率,还有助于减少术后并发症风险,能够促进心功能恢复,经鉴定发现该技术具有较高的应用价值,可以考虑加大推广应用力度。

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect and value of no-reflow phenomenon and thrombus aspiration technique in the percutaneous coronary intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods The 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were included in this study,and they were equally divided into two groups according to the random number table method,and they were divided into two groups with different treatment techniques.Both groups of patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention,the control group(36 cases)were treated with conventional interventional techniques,and the observation group(36 cases)was treated with thrombus aspiration based on the treatment of the control group.Compare the application value of two different treatment techniques and the treatment effect of the corresponding patients.Results①In the comparison of no-reflow phenomenon,the incidence of TIMI3 blood flow in the observation group was 94.4%,which was higher than 72.2%in the control group.②In the comparison of complications,the complication rate of the observation group was 11.1%,which was significantly lower than 33.3%of the control group.③The improvement of LVEF in the observation group was more significant 24 hours and 1 month after operation.Conclusion The use of thrombus aspiration technology in the percutaneous coronary intervention treatment of acute myocardial infarction can effectively reduce the probability of no-reflow phenomenon,also help reduce the risk of postoperative complications,and promote the recovery of heart function.It is found that the technology has high application value after identification,and it can be considered to increase the promotion and application.
