中西医结合护理对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing on Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的分析对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(以下简称为COPD)采用中西医结合护理的效果。方法选取我院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的COPD患者作为研究对象,共60例,按照对所有患者采用护理方式不同将其分为人数均等两组,每组30例。对照组采用西医护理干预,观察组采用中西医结合护理模式,比较两组治疗疗效、肺功能改善情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗疗效高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC比较,差异较小(P>0.05),护理后观察组FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对COPD患者采用中西医结合护理,能够对患者的症状起到积极改善作用,同时还能改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(hereinafter referred to as COPD).Methods Sixty COPD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups with equal numbers,30 patients in each group.The control group was given western medicine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing mode.The curative effect and pulmonary function improvement of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the curative effect of the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC before nursing,the difference was small(P>0.05),while FEV_(1) and FEV_(1)/FVC in observation group were higher than those in control group after nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care of COPD patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can positively improve the symptoms of patients and improve their quality of life.
