CBL教学联合情景模拟教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果 被引量:3

Application Effect of CBL Teaching Combined with Scenario Simulation Teaching Method in Planning Training of Residents in Respiratory Department

摘要 目的评价案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)联合情景模拟教学法在呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法选取2018年2月至2019年7月在徐州医科大学附属徐州市立医院呼吸内科接受住院医师规范化培训的84名学员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,其中研究组42名,采用CBL联合情景模拟教学法的教学模式进行培训,对照组42名,仅采用传统教学模式进行培训,观察并比较两组学员教学后考试成绩、对教学模式的评价情况以及Mini-CEX考核情况.结果研究组学员教学后理论成绩与操作成绩均优于对照组,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学员对学习兴趣、自主学习能力、临床思维能力、理论知识掌握能力、沟通交流能力以及团队协作能力的评价均优于对照组,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后采用Mini-CEX考核表对学员进行考核,结果显示,研究组学员在病史询问、体格检查、临床诊断、组织效能、沟通技巧以及整体临床能力等方面均优于对照组,相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在人文/职业素养方面相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论将CBL与情景模拟教学法联合应用于呼吸内科住院医师规范化培训中可明显提高学生考试成绩,更好地激发学生的学习热情,增强学生的综合素质,值得在临床教学中予以推广实施. Objective To evaluate the application effect of CBL combined with situational simulation teaching method in the planning training of residents in respiratory medicine.Methods 84 trainees who received standardized resident training in respiratory department of Xuzhou Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from February 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.42 trainees in study group were trained by CBL combined with scenario simulation teaching method,while 42 trainees in control group were trained only by traditional teaching method The examination results,the evaluation of the teaching mode and the mini CEX examination after teaching.Results After teaching,the theoretical and operational scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of learning interest,autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability,theoretical knowledge mastery ability,communication ability and team cooperation ability of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the Mini-CEX assessment form was used to assess the students.The results showed that the students in the study group were better than the control group in medical history inquiry,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,organizational efficiency,communication skills and overall clinical ability(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in humanistic/professional quality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL and scenario simulation teaching method in the standardized training of residents in respiratory medicine can significantly improve students’test scores,better stimulate students’learning enthusiasm and enhance students’comprehensive quality,which is worthy of promotion and implementation in clinical teaching.
