PBL联合EBM教学模式在老年医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用探讨

Application of PBL+EBM Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Geriatric for Residents

目的探讨PBL联合EBM教学模式在老年医学科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果.方法将2019年6月至2020年10月进入中国科学技术大学附属第一医院老年医学科进行住院医师规范化培训的60名住院医师分为试验组和对照组,试验组采用PBL+EBM教学组,对照组采用传统教学组,每组30人,在老年医学科规培时间均为1个月.出科前对两组住院医师进行老年医学理论知识、临床技能操作和临床综合能力这三个方面进行考核.其中临床综合能力采用迷你临床演练评估(Mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)方法.结果试验组的临床综合能力评分高于传统教学组(P<0.05);试验组的住院医师提高阅读和文献查阅能力、自学能力、合作能力、临床实际操作能力以及分析解决问题能力均的人数均多于对照组(P<0.05).结论PBL+EBM教学模式在老年医学科住院医师规范化培训中收到良好效果,值得推广.

Objective To explore the application of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method and evidence-based learning(EBM)teaching method in the standardized training of resident doctors in geriatrics.Methods Sixty resident doctors who entered the geriatrics department of the first affiliated hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from June 2019 to October 2020 for standardized training were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted PBL+EBM teaching group,and the control group adopted traditional teaching group,with 30 doctors in each group.And the training time was both one month.Before graduation,the residents of the two groups were assessed in three aspects:geriatric theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation and clinical comprehensive ability.Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)was used to evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability.Results The clinical comprehensive ability score of experimental group was higher than that of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).The number of residents in the experimental group who improved their reading and literature review ability,self-study ability,cooperation ability,clinical practical operation ability and problem-solving ability were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL+EBM teaching method is beneficial to the improvement of teaching effect in standardized training in geriatrics,so it is worthy of application.
