老年人情景记忆维度的认知功能影响因素研究

Influencing Factors of Cognitive Function in the Dimension of Episodic Memory in the Elderly

目的探究情景记忆维度的认知功能影响因素.方法选取2015年CHARLS数据库中60岁以上老年人,采用方差分析比较不同组间是否存在差异;利用线性回归分析认知功能和可能影响因素之间的关系.结果有效样本6350例.平均年龄(66.72±5.57)岁,情景记忆维度平均得分(6.485±3.187)分,处于较低水平.研究发现老年人群中,年龄、居住地类型、教育水平、社交频率、体育锻炼、日常生活能力、抑郁与情景记忆差异具有统计学意义.结论高龄、抑郁、居住农村、教育水平低、存在活动障碍是老年人情景记忆维度维度认知功能的危险因素,积极参加社交活动、体育锻炼、给予子女陪伴是保护因素.

Objective To explore the influencing factors of cognitive function in different dimensions.Methods Elderly over 60 years old were selected from CHARLS database in 2015.The scores of“mental health dimension”and“episodic memory dimension”were calculated,and t test or analysis of variance was used to compare whether there were differences between different groups.Linear regression was used to analyze the relationship between cognitive function and possible influencing factors.Results There were 6350 valid samples.The average age was(66.72±5.57)years old,and the average score of episodic memory dimension was(6.485±3.187),which was at a low level.The study found that there were statistically significant differences in age,residence type,education level,social frequency,physical exercise,daily living ability,depression and episodic memory in the elderly population.Conclusion Old age,depression,living in rural areas,low education level and activity disorder are risk factors for cognitive function of the elderly in the dimension of episodic memory,while active participation in social activities,physical exercise and accompanying of children are protective factors.
