新冠肺炎疫情对临沂孕妇产检模式及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of new coronary pneumonia epidemic on mode of birth examination and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in Linyi

目的探讨新冠肺炎疫情对临沂地区孕妇产检模式及妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2020年2月~2020年4月在本院产检的单胎初产孕晚期孕妇(孕28周后)共500例为观察组,同样方法收集2019年2月~2019年4月在本院产检的单胎初产孕晚期孕妇(孕28周后)共800例为对照组,记录封闭期间两组孕妇的产检次数、体重增加情况,并随访妊娠合并症、分娩方式及新生儿结局。结果观察组孕妇产检次数少于对照组、体重增重、妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、巨大儿及剖宫产的比例大于对照组。结论新冠肺炎疫情影响了孕妇的正常产检,增加了妊娠并发症的发生机率。

Objective To investigate the effect of new crown pneumonia on the mode of birth examination and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women in Linyi city.Methods From February~2020 to April 2020,500 cases of pregnant women(28 weeks after pregnancy)were collected as observation group,by the same method,800 cases of pregnant women with advanced pregnancy(28 weeks after pregnancy)were collected from February 2019~April 2019,record the number of birth tests and weight gain of the two groups during the pregnancy period,follow up pregnancy complications,delivery mode and neonatal outcome.Results The proportion of pregnant women in the observation group was less than that in the control group,weight gain,gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes mellitus,macrosomia and cesarean section was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion The outbreak of new coronary pneumonia affects the normal birth examination of pregnant women and increases the probability of pregnancy complications.
