摘要
介绍了50 Mva r级空冷同步调相机通风及温升设计,包括:风扇及通风系统的设计及优化,定子线圈、定子铁心和转子线圈温升设计及优化,定子端部结构件温升分析,并联环与出线铜排温升计算和非正常工况运行能力分析。对调相机进行了通风和温升试验,结果表明该调相机相关技术指标符合设计要求。
Ventilation and temperature-rise design of 50 Mvar class air-cooled synchronous compensator is introduced,including design and optimization of ventilation system and fan;design and optimization of the temperature-rise of stator coil,stator core and rotor coil;temperature-rise analysis of stator end structure;temperature-rise calculation of parallel ring and outlet copper bar;analysis of operation capability under abnormal conditions.Ventilation and temperature-rise tests of the compensator is done,results show that relevant technical indexes meet the design requirements.
