Expression and Clinical Significance of miR-208a, hs-cTnⅠ and MCP-1 in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

摘要 目的探讨微小核糖核酸RNA-208a(miR-208a)、超敏肌钙蛋白Ⅰ(hs-cTnⅠ)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2017年3月~2019年2月在台州市第一人民医院住院的96例AMI患者为AMI组,另选取同期来院体检的健康者45例为对照组,检测其外周血中的miR-208a、hs-cTnI和MCP-1,miR-208a、hs-cTnⅠ和MCP-1对AMI的诊断效能采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线进行评价。结果 AMI组miR-208a、hs-cTnⅠ和MCP-1表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);AMI患者经有效治疗后,miR-208a、hs-cTnⅠ和MCP-1表达水平显著降低(P<0.05);miR-208a的表达水平与高血压、高血脂有关,hs-cTnI的表达水平与糖尿病、高血压有关,MCP-1的表达水平与糖尿病有关(P<0.05);miR-208a、hs-cTnⅠ和MCP-1对AMI的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.912、0.904和0.831。结论 miR-208a、hs-cTnI和MCP-1在AMI组患者显著升高,其动态变化对AMI的诊断有重要的临床意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of microRNA-208a(miR-208a),hypersensitive troponin I(hs-cTnI)and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Ninety-six patients with AMI who were admitted to the First People′s Hospital of Taizhou from March 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in the AMI group.Another 45 healthy subjects who were admitted to the hospital during the same period were selected as the control group to detect miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1.The t-test was used to analyze the data,and the diagnostic efficacy of miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1 for AMI was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.The used software was SPSS 22.0.Results The expression levels of miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1 in AMI groupwere significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The expression levels of miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1 were significantly decreased after AMI treatment(P<0.05).The expression level of miR-208a was related to hypertension and hyperlipidemia.The expression level of hs-cTnIwas related to diabetes and hypertension,and the expression level of MCP-1 was related to diabetes(P<0.05).The AUC of miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1 for AMI were 0.912,0.904 and 0.831.Conclusion miR-208a,hs-cTnI and MCP-1 are significantly elevated in patients with AMI,and their dynamic changes have important clinical significance for the diagnosis and treatment of AMI.
