教育地理学视角的教育地域系统多维研究

Multi-dimensional Research on Educational Regional System from the Perspective of Educational Geography

基于教育地理学视角,运用系统分析和演绎逻辑的基本方法,从内涵、要素、范式、机制、保障五个维度系统分析解构教育地域系统,多维揭示教育地域系统的运行机制。通过分析发现,教育地域系统本质上是教育活动系统及要素与地理环境系统的多维度、多层次的复杂交互关系体,其以特定区域的自然地理、社会经济、政治文化为系统运行环境,以内部自组织优化和外部自适应协同为运行范式,以"教育—政策"主导驱动、"教育—经济"转换驱动、"教育—文化"等位驱动、"教育—资源"融合驱动为动力机制,以围绕顶层设计展开的国家宏观政策调控、围绕制度安排展开的地方教育政策支撑、围绕要素禀赋展开的区域发展优势释放、围绕系统协调展开的教育地域分工协作为保障机制。

Based on the perspective of educational geography,using the basic methods of system analysis and deductive logic,this paper systematically analyzes and deconstructs the regional system of education from five the dimensions of connotation,elements,paradigm,mechanism and guarantee,and reveals the operation mechanism of the regional system of education in multi-dimensions.Analysis finds that the educational regional system is essentially a multi-dimensional and multi-level complex interactive relationship between the educational activity system(including its elements)and the geographical environment system.It takes the physical geography,society,economy,politics and culture of a specific region as the system operation environment,and internal self-organization optimization and external self-adaptive cooperation as its operation paradigm.Its dynamic mechanism includes“education-policy”leading drive,“education-economy”conversion drive,“education-culture”equal drive,and“education-resource”integration drive.Its guarantee mechanisms are composed of the national macro-control policy around top-level design,the local education policy support around institutional arrangement,the release of regional development advantages around factor endowment,and the regional division and cooperation of education around system coordination.
