摘要
整体硬质合金钻头结构复杂,尤其前刀面是具有较高要求的螺旋槽曲面,对整体硬质合金钻头的性能和寿命有很大影响。对钻头螺旋槽进行数学建模,求解磨削砂轮与钻头加工时的相对位姿,解决了钻头螺旋槽槽型难以优化的问题。利用MATLAB软件对螺旋槽进行仿真,并基于VERICUT创建KTooLG3515五轴数控磨床对其进行刃磨仿真,验证了该算法的可行性。
The structure of solid carbide drills is complex,especially the rake face is a spiral groove surface with high requirements,which has a great impact on the performance and life of solid carbide drills.By carrying out the mathematical modeling for the spiral groove of the drill bit,the relative position of the grinding wheel and the drill bit during processing is got,which solves the problem that the spiral flute of the drill bit is difficult to optimize.MATLAB is used to simulate the spiral groove,and KTooLG3515 five-axis CNC grinding machine is created based on VERICUT to simulate its grinding,which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.
