摘要
本文针对TA15M材料钛合金槽口结构净尺寸零件缺陷,采用电子束焊工艺进行精密修补。对材料从工艺方法到力学性能进行系统性分析,采用数值模型对工艺方案验证,辅助参数优化。研究应力与变形影响规律,提出合理的焊接工艺。
In this paper,electron beam welding(EBW)is used to repair the defects of the TA15 M titanium alloy notch.Based on the process and mechanical properties,the TA15 M titanium alloy is systematically analyzed.The numerical model is used to verify the process plan and optimize the parameters.The influence law of stress and deformation is studied,and the reasonable welding process is put forward.
