轴系结构方案正向设计数字化方法研究

摘要 提出了轴系结构方案正向设计数字化方法,实现轴系由机构简图展开成结构方案的自动化设计过程。通过定义支撑点、载荷点之间的相对位置关系,实现轴系布局设计;根据轴承的定位和受载特性给出可行的轴承组合方式和配置方式,实现轴系支点结构化;针对不同的轴系方案形成统一的轴系力学模型,并建立计算机可识别的轴系方案数字模型;以轴系体积最小化为目标优化轴承型号、轴结构和载荷点位置。由此归纳出可以形成具有不同布局、结构、尺寸参数的多种轴系结构方案的数字化设计方法,为运动副结构的展开提供了数字化解决方案。 In this paper,a digital method of forward design of shafting structure scheme is proposed to realize the automatic design process of shafting from mechanism diagram to structure scheme.The shafting layout design is realized by defining the relative position relationship between support points and load points;According to the positioning and loading characteristics of bearing,the feasible bearing combination mode and configuration mode are given to realize the structure of the shafting fulcrum;For different shafting schemes,a unified shafting mechanical model is formed,and the computer recognizable digital model of shafting scheme is established;The bearing model,shaft structure and load point position are optimized with the objective of minimizing the shafting volume.Thus,the digital design method that can form a variety of shafting structure schemes with different layout,structure and size parameters is summarized,which provides a digital solution for the deployment of motion pair structure.
