摘要
对某半移动式破碎站受料仓的载荷条件、材料特性以及有限元力学模型等进行了分析,根据作业工况对某半移动式破碎站受料仓的受力进行了理论分析和有限元计算,结果表明3种工况下该设备的强度都小于许用值,为半移动破碎站受料仓的设计和生产提供理论依据。
Semi mobile crushing station is an important equipment used in coal mine development.The loading condition,finite element model and operation condition of semi mobile crushing station are analyzed theoretically and calculated by finite element method,which provides reliable theoretical basis for the design and production of semi mobile crushing station.
