摘要
飞机在不同机场起降时,其起落架缓冲性能会受到当地环境温度的影响。以某型飞机为研究对象,建立了其起落架动力学模型,并进行了落振仿真分析。研究了不同环境温度下缓冲系统主要参数的变化,结果表明:环境温度对缓冲系统缓冲性能影响较大,环境温度升高会导致起落架地面垂直反力增加、缓冲器效率下降、使用过载系数增大等问题;环境温度降低会使缓冲器压缩行程变长、缓冲器效率增加,但温度过低会导致起落架缓冲器内部发生硬撞击,严重危害起落架及飞机的安全;降低飞机着陆载荷,可有效改善低温环境下的缓冲性能,保证飞机在极端低温环境下的安全。
The shock absorber performance of landing gears is influenced by ambient temperatures while taking-off or landing in different airfields.To investigate the influence quantificational,the dynamic model of an airplane landing gear is built and its drop test is simulated.Comparison of shock absorber performances at a range of temperature shows that as temperature rises,shock absorber efficiency decreases,while vertical ground reaction force acting on the landing gear and actual load factor increase.That's to say the shock absorber compression stroke and efficiency can be raised while aircraft used at temperature below designed value appropriately.But if temperature is too low,collision may happen in the shock absorber interior,causing damage to landing gear and aircraft.To ensure the aircraft safety,it is suggested to reduce the landing load at extreme temperatures.
