有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路锁定轨温研究

Research on stress-free rail temperature of continuous welded rail on small radius curve bridge of tram

为验证成都某地有轨电车桥上无缝线路在设置小半径曲线情况下的可行性,并为相关工程研究提供依据,建立了35 m小半径曲线混凝土连续箱梁桥上小阻力扣件式无缝线路梁轨相互作用有限元分析模型。通过不同工况条件,综合考虑了有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路的梁轨相互作用机理、影响因素、计算参数。探讨了采用小阻力扣件、常阻力扣件和钢轨伸缩调节器的情况下,钢轨的伸缩附加力、允许降温幅度,以及不同线路稳定性要求下钢轨允许升温幅度和锁定轨温的大小,进而给出了有轨电车小半径曲线桥上无缝线路扣件和钢轨伸缩调节器的选用建议。

In order to verify the feasibility of the continuous welded rail(CWR)on a tram bridge in Chengdu under small radius curve conditions and provide a basis for related engineering research,this paper establishes a small resistance fastener on a 35 m small radius curve concrete continuous box girder bridge finite element analysis model of the beam-rail interaction of the jointless track.Through different working conditions,the interaction mechanism,influence factors and calculation parameters of seamless line on small radius curved bridge of tram are comprehensively considered.This paper discusses the expansion additional force,allowable cooling range of rail,allowable heating range and locking temperature of rail under different line stability requirements under the condition of small resistance fastener,constant resistance fastener and rail expansion regulator.Furthermore,suggestions on the selection of continuous welded rail fasteners and rail expansion joints on small radius curve bridges of trams are given.
