摘要
协同教学作为教学改革的新模式,有利于提升整体教学质量,有利于建立合作交流机制,有利于满足学生多元化学习需求。理性分析开放教育的集聚优势及高新信息技术与教育融合的实践,存在着传统办学体制机制障碍、教师思维定势和认知模式固化以及标准质量和评价体系尚不完善等现实问题。在此基础上,提出了厘清总校与分校独立运行与协同合作、总校一体化与分校差异化的两个关系,构建“1+2”服务体系,全面培养教师协作领导力等发展设想。
As a new mode of teaching reform,collaborative teaching is conducive to improving the overall teaching quality,establishing cooperation and communication mechanism,and meeting students diversified learning needs.There are some practical problems,such as the obstacles of traditional school-running system and mechanism,the solidification of teachers thinking pattern and cognitive mode,and the imperfection of standard quality and evaluation system.In rational analysis of the agglomeration advantages of open education and the practice of the integration of high-tech information technology and education,On this basis,this paper proposes to clarify the two relationships,which are the independent operation and collaborative cooperation of the head schools and the branch schools,the integration of the head schools and the differentiation of the branch schools,construct the“1+2”service system,and comprehensively cultivate teachers collaborative leadership.
