新中国成立70年农村职业教育研究回顾与思考

Retrospect and Thinking on Rural Vocational Education Research in 70 Years since the Founding of New China

新中国成立70年来,农村职业教育研究经历了四个发展阶段,分别是初步探索时期、改革发展时期、飞速发展时期、转型深化时期。中国农村职业教育研究的热点问题表现在历史使命、教师队伍建设、经费投入、生源困境、发展模式、发展对策等六个方面。70年来,我国农村职业教育研究取得了不错的成就。然而,在研究过程中发现,我国农村职业教育存在理论研究多于实践研究、“问题”意识薄弱、“二流地位”难以转变、从“为农”偏向“离农”等问题。新时代中国农村职业教育研究应改革教师培养体系,创新经费投入机制,开展职业启蒙教育,加强城乡职业教育一体化发展模式研究,进一步推进“互联网+农村职业教育”发展策略研究等,努力实现乡村振兴蓝图和职教强国战略。

In the past 70 years since the founding of New China,the research on rural vocational education has experienced four development stages,that is a period of preliminary exploration,a period of reform and development,a period of rapid development and a period of deepening transformation.The hot issues of rural vocational education research are manifested in six aspects,such as historical mission,teacher team construction,funding investment,student source dilemma,development model and development countermeasures in China.In the past 70 years,rural vocational education research has made good achievements in China.However,there are also some problems,such that theoretical research is more than practical research;“problem”consciousness is weak;“second-rate status”is difficult to change;and a shift from“for agriculture”to“leaving agriculture”in the process of rural vocational education research.In the new era,the research on rural vocational education should reform the teacher training system,innovate the funding mechanism,carry out vocational enlightenment education,strengthen the research on the integrated development model of urban and rural vocational education,further promote the research on the development strategy of“Internet+rural vocational education”to achieve the blueprint of rural revitalization and the strategy of strengthening vocational education in China.
