新时代高校师德师风建设长效机制构建路径 被引量:1

摘要 师德师风建设作为高校日常工作的重点,是决定人才培养质量的关键要素之一。在阐述长效机制与新时代高校师德师风建设的耦合机理基础上,就新时代高校师德师风建设长效机制的构建原则进行具体分析。围绕师德师风建设要上升到教师队伍管理的高度、明确教师队伍组织结构并切实做到责任到人、深入解读相关政策与规定提升高校教师队伍整体认知水平、培训与激励机制要视为长效机制作用发挥的动力条件、评价体系要作为长效机制不断深层优化的重要保障五个方面,明确具体高校师德师风建设长效机制构建路径。 As the focus of daily work in colleges and universities,the construction of teachers ethics is one of the key elements to determine the quality of talent training.Based on the coupling mechanism between long-term mechanism and the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities in the new era,this paper analyzes the construction principles of long-term mechanism of the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities in the new era.The construction path of long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers ethics in colleges and universities should be clarified from five aspects,that is,the construction of teachers ethics should rise to the height of teachers team management,the organizational structure of teachers team should be clarified and the responsibility should be realized effectively,the relevant policies and regulations should be interpreted in depth to improve the overall cognitive level of teachers in colleges and universities,the training and incentive mechanism should be regarded as the driving force for the long-term mechanism,and the evaluation system should be regarded as an important guarantee for the continuous and deep optimization of the long-term mechanism.
