摘要
教学反思是教师教育教学改进和专业发展的重要途径。对B市554名中职教师的调查显示:中职教师重视日常教学反思,反思的目的主要是改进教学、提高质量和总结经验教训;反思的内容集中在教学设计、学生学习过程及教学目标达成,反思主要指向学生发展及教学改革;学生的反馈和教师认为不满意的地方是触发反思的直接因素,而时间、精力、专业知识不足,缺少引领等影响反思的行动和坚持;教师们普遍认为个人内省、同伴交流和与学生交流是比较适宜的反思方式。为更好地促进教师自觉、持续、深入地进行教学反思,教师个人、教研团队以及学校应提高认识,通过系统学习和专业培训赋能,并完善教师发展规划、激励及支持等措施,不断提升中职教师专业发展水平。
Teaching reflection is an important way to improve teachers teaching and professional development.A survey of 554 secondary vocational teachers in B city shows that secondary vocational teachers attach importance to daily teaching reflection,and the main purpose of reflection is to improve teaching,improve quality and sum up experience and lessons;the content of reflection focuses on teaching design,students learning process and the achievement of teaching objectives,and reflection mainly points to students development and teaching reform;students feedback and teachers dissatisfaction are the direct factors that trigger reflection,while time,energy,lack of professional knowledge and lack of guidance affect reflection actions and persistence;teachers generally believe that personal introspection,peer communication and communication with students are more appropriate ways of reflection.In order to promote teachers self-conscious,continuous and in-depth reflection on teaching,teachers,teaching and research teams and schools should enhance their awareness,empower them through systematic learning and professional training,and improve teachers development planning,incentives and support,so as to continuously improve the professional development level of secondary vocational teachers.
