摘要 近几年,随着在线课程、翻转课堂被越来越多地引入高等教学的课堂中,尤其在疫情期间,混合式教学的优势日渐凸显。然而与在线课程的广泛应用形成强烈对比的是高校教师对混合式教学的认知缺失以及混合式教学的能力发展不足等问题。与传统的大学英语教学不同,混合式的大学英语教学对大学英语教师的教学能力提出了新的发展要求,专业能力、学术研究能力、信息化能力等问题亟待解决。从实践的角度出发,提出混合式教学背景下大学英语教师能力发展的路径。 In recent years,the advantages of blended teaching have become prominent with online courses and flipped classes being increasingly introduced into higher education,especially during the epidemic.However,there are problems such as the lack of cognition of college teachers on blended teaching and the insufficient development of blended teaching ability in contrast to the wide application of online courses.Blended college English teaching puts forward new development requirements for college English teachers teaching ability,and problems such as professional ability,academic research ability and information ability need to be solved urgently.From the perspective of practice,this paper puts forward the path of college English teachers ability development under the background of blended teaching.
