高等职业院校要适应现代社会市场发展需求,为社会经济发展提供专业优质人才,而教学督导是提升教学质量,协助学校领导进行教学决策与教学管理的主要方式,是学校适应社会市场需求,实现内涵式发展的主要保障。然而,因学校教学督导工作运行时间较短,对教学督导缺少认识,无法充分发挥教学督导的作用。因此,对高等职业院校教学督导工作存在的问题和改进策略进行研究具有一定的现实意义。

Higher vocational colleges must adapt to the development needs of modern social market and provide professional and high-quality talents for social and economic development.Teaching supervision is the main way to improve teaching quality and assist school leaders in teaching decision-making and teaching management,and is the main guarantee for schools to adapt to the needs of social market and the implementation of connotative development.However,due to the short running time of teaching supervision for schools,the lack of awareness of teaching supervision cannot give full play to the value of teaching supervision.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the problems and improvement strategies of teaching supervision in higher vocational colleges.
