新时代背景下,高职院校要以课程化为基本理念,有效了解思政课程教学内涵,推动课程教学改革工作,避免出现教学改革工作落后或者泛化的情况。在思政课教育教学改革中,学校需要正确掌握课程特征,及时了解学生在思政课教育教学中的学习需求,还要明确课程教学的一致性与差异性。另外,高职院校思想政治课教学水平提升,需要结合金课教学标准,通过政治性、职业性、特色性引导等形式,提升学生的学习水平。
