论高职院校大学生志愿服务精神的培育

On the Cultivation of College Students Volunteer Service Spirit in Higher Vocational Colleges

大学生志愿服务精神在当代大学生思想政治教育中非常重要,如何在大学生的心中内化志愿服务精神,将是当前大学生思想政治教育工作开展中的重点和难点问题。因此,高职院校应重视培育大学生志愿服务精神,并且还要加强打造一些志愿精品项目,不断丰富志愿服务内容,促进大学生全面发展。目前,虽然我国高职院校大学生志愿服务精神的培育取得了一些成果,但是仍有很多问题存在。首先阐述志愿服务精神的概念,并探讨大学生志愿服务精神培育的积极意义,以及高职院校大学生志愿服务存在的实际问题,最后分析高职院校大学生志愿服务精神培育的路径。

Volunteer service spirit of college students is of great importance in ideological and political education for contemporary college students.How to internalize volunteer service spirit in the minds of college students will be the key and difficult problem in ideological and political education for college students.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of college students volunteer service spirit,and also strengthen the construction of some volunteer projects to constantly enrich the content of volunteer service and promote the all-round development of college students.At present,although some achievements have been made in cultivating volunteer service spirit for higher vocational college students in China,there are still many problems.This paper firstly expounds the concept of volunteer service spirit,discusses the positive significance of cultivating college students volunteer service spirit,points out the practical problems of college students volunteer service spirit in higher vocational colleges,and finally analyzes the path of cultivating college students volunteer service spirit in higher vocational colleges.
